➥ Files with separate layers, psd or artwork will only be delivered if the customer requests it before starting the artwork.🤍|| CHANGES;
➥ Small changes like color adjustments, bug fixes, addition of details can be done for free. However, any big changes such as change of clothes, change of hair, pose, will be charged. Please make sure the initial description is correct.🤍|| >> The client must not resell the work, or claim to have done it (resellers have commercial rate).🤍|| >> Time to complete artwork varies from 1-9 weeks after startup, may vary with design complexity. (I take a while to make the drawings for personal, health and memory reasons, so I'm sorry if I take longer than expected).🤍|| >> The subscription cannot be withdrawn, only in commercial cases with rates of 50%-100%.🤍|| > CANCELLATION FEES < ||🤍➥ If the art hasn't started yet it's possible to get 100% of the money back.➥ as said before in case of cancellation I will be charged % of how much I earned in the work.➥ If I (the artist) cancel, I will refund 100% of the amount paid.
It is impossible (please don't insist) to carry out any refund methods once the artwork is fully completed, and I will not recreate the artwork for free.
